Hannah Caldwell was exactly the right realtor for us. She oriented us to Eugene and made recommendations for us to visit specific parks, restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues--all the things and places you don't know when you're new. She drove us around to look at houses. Lots of houses. While we were considering what room would be for what activity, she was looking for any signs of water damage, rot, and poor workmanship. She did not advocate that we buy or not buy. But she asked us questions to prompt us to refine what we wanted. She went many steps beyond what she had to do for us, just to make our goals easier to attain. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, diligent, and thoughtful. She helped us to meet every contractual obligation. 5 stars all the way.

Hannah was recommended to my husband and I by a friend when we started discussing buying our first home. I could not be happier with our decision to work with her. Throughout the process, she was communicative and explained things effectively. She also recommended an amazing lender and spearheaded all the communication with them. When we started the process, we told her one of our non-negotiables was a move-in ready home, so we didn't have to spend time overlapping on our rental and mortgage. We cannot say enough about how great it was working with Hannah. We relocated from across the country and Hannah was key in helping us to learn more about Eugene and figure out what we needed out of our next home. There were a lot of differences between construction and home features here and what we were used to in the midwest, Hannah helped us understand typical homes here and was really detail oriented in noticing potential problems with different properties we toured. Hannah guided us through offers on four different properties (including several different offers to each), and ultimately helped us land a home that not only is a great fit for us but an awesome investment.
